Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened and protective seals are intact where possible.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
